For Datasnipper — one of the fastest-growing audit-tech scaleups of the past year — we created a warm, cinematic holiday story about finding balance during busy season. When stressed auditor Mara receives unexpected help from Datasnipper’s “AI agents,” she finally gets to reclaim the moments that matter most with her family.

Moments That Matter – A Holiday Film for Datasnipper

For Datasnipper’s 2025 holiday campaign, we created a heartwarming narrative film that brings AI-powered audit automation to life in a way that feels human, magical, and emotionally relatable. Developed for one of the fastest-growing audit-tech scaleups in the world, the film captures the tension many auditors experience during busy season — and the relief that intelligent automation can provide.

The story follows Mara, an internal auditor trying to juggle deadlines and family during the holidays, until Datasnipper’s “AI agents” appear to help lighten the load. What begins as a moment of stress transforms into a warm, cinematic reminder that great technology gives people back the time that truly matters.

Set entirely in a real family home, we blended festive Christmas aesthetics with a clean, tech-forward visual language. The result is a film that is both emotionally resonant and brand-aligned — a reflection of Datasnipper’s mission to make audit work smarter, faster, and more human.

Our team handled the full creative development — from concept, scripting and art direction to production design, AI-driven previsualization, and final delivery. The outcome is a memorable holiday asset optimised for multi-platform use.

Approach

With an ambitious six-week timeline from briefing to delivery, we designed a production process that was fast, focused, and highly efficient. Clear creative boundaries and a well-defined budget allowed us to streamline decision-making and move quickly from concept to shoot.

We completed the entire film in a single shoot day with a compact, experienced crew — carefully choreographed to ensure we captured every emotional beat without rushing the performances or compromising the visual quality.

To bring authenticity to the story, we organized a casting process to find a real family whose natural chemistry would carry the heart of the film. Their connection allowed us to capture genuine moments that reinforce the campaign’s core message: technology frees up time for the things that matter most.

Through smart preparation, tight coordination, and a collaborative workflow, we delivered a warm, cinematic holiday film that feels expansive, even within a sharply focused production window.
