How do you turn ambition into impact?
Some of the most powerful stories don’t start with a brand—they start with people. For DataSnipper’s 1% for the Planet campaign, we created a series of intimate films that explore the lives of three employees from Amsterdam and New York. Through their connection with nature, they reveal how purpose extends beyond the workplace, and how the things that inspire us outside of work can shape the way we show up within it. A campaign designed to inspire first, and strengthen employer branding through authenticity.

The story
DataSnipper’s commitment to 1% for the Planet is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change starts with individual action. As part of the global movement, the company pledges 1% of its annual revenue to environmental causes—but rather than explaining that commitment, we wanted audiences to feel it.
Instead of putting the company centre stage, we focused on the people who bring its culture to life. We followed three employees whose lives are deeply connected to nature through their passions, volunteer work and personal initiatives.
Each film is a quiet, documentary-style portrait that explores what drives them, what they care about, and how those values naturally connect to the work they do at DataSnipper.
The result is a campaign built on genuine stories rather than corporate messaging. A collection of films and supporting content that celebrates curiosity, purpose and the idea that lasting impact begins with one person—but grows when people move together.
