The search for the perfect coffee
We are excited to present to you a very special collaboration. Together with MR MARVIS and Dutch-Italian artist Selwyn Senatori, MR Marvis has created a limited edition of their iconic Originals short. Matemade captured Senatori's trip to Italy which turned out to be "the perfect coffee break". The artist's presonal credo is "out of office forever", so there was plenty time to search for - an find - the perfect coffee at the perfect spot in his motherland; coffee-loving Italy.
Senatori & MR MARVIS invite you to join the quest fo find the best coffee enjoyed at the most stunning spot in the world. Join us in a sea-plane GEGE, the vintage Fiat 500 Gamine Vignale and potentially the prettiest speedboat in the world. Meet the people who guided us; from Cesare to enrico. And experience the spots we visited on this journey: From Aero Club Como to villag Regina aka The Lake Queen. Feel like you are on a the roof terrace of the most gracefull villa of Lake Como taking a sip of a perfect coffee. Experience 'the perfect coffee break' youreself.

Quality is key
Selwyn Senatori (48) was born in Pallanza, Italy. He is Italian, but at the same time, he truly is an "Amsterdammer'. His style is inimitable; he easily swaps a tailored three-piece italian suit for a paint-stained hoodie; handmade moccasins for sneakers and a glass of champagne for a caffè. The only common denominator: the quality should always live up to his high standards. Something MR MARVIS verry much relates to.

Inspiration is everywhere
Senatori's art is an ode to life. It highlights every-day momements in a not so every-day way. For this, he usually seeks inspiration from his own life in which he obviously plays every day. For the collaboration 'the perfect coffee break', we took him to MR MARVIS' beloved Lago di Como to get inspired. And that's exactly what happend...

Mr Marvis x Matemade x Senatori
Senatori, MR MARVIS and Matemade share a love for life and deeply rooted urge to meet new people and experience new things. We believe that this collab resembles this very well: a celebration of life's many small ephemeral moments, like a coffee break, that make it truly special.
